We were so happy to be able to eat at La Tête d'ail because we were in La Ciotat for three days and kept passing this restaurant and it was full and smelled amazing. So luckily I found them on "The Fork" app and made a reservation for our last night... phew. So glad we did! Our service was attentive and personal and they helped us with the little bit of French we spoke to order amazing food. I'm posting our pictures here for you to see as well. Our daughter is a vegetarian so the grilled vegetables with sauce and salad were perfect for her. I also had the Coq au vin with potatoes and enjoyed the portion and the preparation as you can see just wonderful. The ambience is simple and the location is perfect on the promenade in La Ciotat. This restaurant is definitely a keeper.

Worth waking away from the more touristy places in the harbour to this place for more authentic french fair. Delicious, rustic food with great service.

Good quality. Extra fresh fish and delicious sauce. A little expensive from our point of view but not if you compare with others around. Top service and location

Unfortunately a bit noisy due to street location but entrecôte with sauce and modules are really tasty and the also the lunch maison is to be tried!

We loved the food (never had smoked mussels before!) and our waiter was great, really helpful with great recommendations

Absolutely delicious- the food is fresh, creative & full of flavor. They brought out coloring supplies for our baby which was really kind. We all loved our meal here.

We had a wonderful evening at La Tête d'Ali with the most amazing and tasty food ever. The waiters were wonderful and all in all just the perfect culinary evening. You have to try the smoked mussles .
